AUBAINE

Boulangerie

Aubaine is all about bread. When the unfortunate Marie-Antoinette told the starving poor “Let them eat cake”, she underlined the importance of bread. The French revolutionaries took bread as a symbol of well-being. Aubaine is a new French Revolution in London.

Aubaine’s bakers work with flour and butter imported from France. They start early every day so the entire boulangerie repertoire is available hot from the ovens for an eight o’clock start.

You can choose from Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Brioche, Pain de Campagne, Campagne Noir, Siegle, Baguette, Pain de Mie, Meule Raisin, 6 Cereals, Ardechois, Fougasse or Pain au Levain.

Real boulangerie is a living thing, changing by the moment. It is sensitive to weather and temperature. Baking at Aubaine is a continuous theatre and customers enjoy the busy activity and delicious aromas that accompany it.
